How is it almost July!?! This year is flying by. It still surprises me. I'll be turning the big 30 and I'm so excited! Birthday's mean you survived another year! Wahoo! Go me!

My brother and his girlfriend visited recently and it was so great hanging out with him and catching up! Playing video games until the wee hours of morning. Go karts. Campfires. Laughs. Such a great time! 

Then there was that time that I finally got my dad to believe in these oils I rave about. Sitting in the woods around a campfire mean mosquitos. I made a bug spray using Young Living essential oils. Done. They stopped biting almost immediately! I still get amazing by how great these things work!!

I've also taken a jump into writing! Yep...a book. I love reading so why not take a stab at it right? Mystery books are my jam! Robert Dugoni is my favorite author! I only have 1 more book to read in his line of books and I'm sad. I love murdery mysteries and he just keeps me roped in the entire time! I can't stand putting the book down!! I would highly recommend his books if you are into that genre of books! 

The 4th of July is right around the corner...hard to believe. Here's to good friends, great family, and a bunch of fun over the weekend!!! 

So here we are so close to spring I can smell it! I love the days we get to escape to the backyard and play. Fresh air, grass stains, and dirt. My favorite. Best thing is I have a secret weapon for the stains and the bugs. Yleo Bug Spray, Bug Bite Zapper and Thieves Household Cleaner to treat those stains. All non-toxic and safe for everyone. Does that mean my kids don't eat McDonald's? Hardly. I'm still human. But the places I can easily got the toxins out of our lives, I will. 

My thought of the day seems to be all about this crap on adult coloring books. Have you seen it??

Coloring books are my go to for stress release and creativity boosters. I have like 6 and they all have mandalas in them. Please....Can we just stop all the judging and let God be the judge. Stop mom hating and know that every mother taking care of their child is doing the best they can. Stop judging people by their outward appearance....you're not perfect. 

If we are being honest being an adult is not all we thought it would be. We thought freedom and late night's would come our way. Well....wasn't I surprised when my freedoms were not as awesome as they seemed....and late nights mean kids are still awake. I wouldn't trade it for anything, but let's face it...hurry up and grow up...not the right thinking. 

I have 4 kids....they can be difficult. But then again, so can I. So I've struggled to find that understanding they deserve as kids...but I found it in the most unexpected place. An oil called Acceptance. I never thought I'd feel that big of a change from just an oil. I find myself thinking that a lot. I wonder why my mind is still surprised that these gems work so well. At the same time, I'm glad I still get excited about it!!

If you are a parent who feels they are messing up and doing all you can to fix it....then you're a great mom.

I had a new one with my oils. 

I have trouble getting motivated..who doesn't? I had a closet to clean...aren't they the worst!!

So I diffused Motivation Essential Oil and Peppermint Essential Oil and no joke had that closet cleaned in under an hour. Did I mention it was my bathroom closet......

I love these things...they have seriously changed the way I look at things.
